Middle School Cohort

Varies based on cohort length
  • Our Seasonal Cohorts have starts in: January, March, June, August & November
  • Up to 12 Middle School Athletes per group Start together and go through a structured training program designed for sports performance and strength
  • The group is designed to teach athletes good (safe) lifting technique, prepare them for what they might see in a high school weight room and build a life long love for fitness
